Nail Clipping
No, we clip nails on a walk-in basis. You might have to wait a few minutes until we are free. If you want a specific staff member to cut your nails, please call ahead to make sure we are available.
Usually we use clippers to cut the nail to the approximate length and do the fine work with the power grinder. There are dogs that either don’t tolerate a clipper or don’t tolerate a power grinder. In these cases, we only use one of the tools.
No, we do not!

No, you can come in any time for a self-service wash, no appointment necessary. We ask that you start your dog’s wash at the latest at 5:30 pm (we close at 6 pm).
You only need to bring a dirty dog. We will provide you with raised tubs, warm water, shampoo and conditioner, towels, brushes, ear cleaner, and blow dryers.
Full-Service Washing
We only do full-service washes (washes by our staff) by appointment. Please call us for an appointment.
For a full-service wash we will bathe your dog, brush them out, blow dry, clean ears, and clip nails. There is no hair cutting involved.
For grooming we will do all of the above but also cut your dog’s hair.
