Downtown Dog Parade on October 27, 2024

Join us for the Third Annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade – We are also celebrating Shake & Shine’s 10th Anniversary!

Costume Contests

Register your pup for the parade on event day starting at 12:00pm. Donations can be made via cash or credit card at that time.

Prizes will be awarded for Best Group Costume and Best Individual Costume.

Judges for this year’s costume contests will Rylan from Paws for a Beer, Jenn with Cocoa the dog from Shadow’s Forever Friends, and Siw from Confident Canine Puppy Training.

We love seeing all of the adorable dogs in their costumes each year! We just ask that you consider if your dog would enjoy being in a parade with lots of other dogs, walking on a leash, and in a crowd of people.

The Parade is a Fundraiser Too!

All proceeds from the Parade will benefit The Zoe Fund of Shadow’s Forever Friends! Through a partnership with AEC Bellingham, The Zoe Fund provides assistance to low-income individuals whose pets need emergency veterinary care. The Fund also sponsors free pet vaccination and wellness clinics throughout Whatcom County.
