The second annual Howl-o-ween Dog Parade was a lot of fun!

All proceeds of the Parade went to the Zoe Fund of Shadow’s Forever Friends: Through a partnership with AEC Bellingham, The Zoe Fund provides assistance to low-income individuals whose pets need emergency veterinary care. The Fund also sponsors free pet vaccination and wellness clinics at Base Camp and on Lummi Island.

The awesome judges for the costume contests were Rylan from Paws for a Beer, Jenn with Gustave the dog from Shadow’s Forever Friends, and Siw from Confident Canine Puppy Training.
